Flight Vessels.

Aero-genetics are the collective effort of over ten years of ''hands on'' research and development.  Our involvement with all facets dictated that a true aerodynamic vessel was only possible utilizing a 12 Gore(Individual Panels)technique.  This is not only a stronger approach to the vessels overall integrity, but it gives the Airship a scale profile that is very streamlined and efficient.  Most importantly, it ensures a turgid flight profile that has a huge tolerance to internal pressures.

Our flight vessels are constructed from a single layer lamanent which has all of the characteristics that are of paramount importance to longevity and ascetics.  This lightweight material allows for a number of advantages over and above the dual bladder method (inner vinyl bladder/outer nylon bag) and the PVC bladders that are widely used by other companies in the remote control airship market.

This robust material boasts Ultraviolet protection in both UVA and UVB, it's flexible in freezing conditions and can be folded thousands of times.  Also, it has the very best in Helium Anti-leaching properties and it's easy to clean and repair.  We have been using this method for many years without fail, the seam workmanship is second to none and overall, the product has a wonderful sheen to the appearance that quantifies the vehicle, it just spells ''BLIMP''.

The main advantage to this single layer approach is the marriage of any load patches to the vessel itself.  Load patches or hard points are locations that are placed about the Airship for the purposes of attaching flight components and mooring lines, etc.  This ensures that any loads are dispersed over a larger area, which results in less stress to the material itself.

During construction, we sew nylon handles into the ''Gore Panels'' where they are required, then reinforce the area with further material followed by a bonded inner layer.  This mandates a secure, long lasting and permanent location of the ''hard point''.   We utilize these physical connections between the vessel and the undersling assembly to mount the Gondola and Cameras, etc.  We know that when suspending payloads and ensuring a positive liaison between Gondola and Flight Vessel, our technique is second to none, no velcro here.

For means of suspending payloads and flight equipment, we have developed a very novel union between the flexible Blimp and our rugged and durable 'Under-Sling Bulkhead' assembly.  Manufactured with only the finest materials including aircraft grade aluminum and Carbon Fiber.  The 'Quick Attach System' has been engineered to facilitate not only the Gondola's and Camera Systems with ease, but also, provide ample space to suspend a huge array of accessories and components.

We invest a large portion of the overall expenditure on the vessel itself and companies that are employing a PVC or dual bladder, do so strictly for the reasons of expense, in short, in a market where there is good, better and best......we are the latter.  You can be assured this is the very best scenario for a light weight, long-lasting and maintenance free flight vessel.
