2). The Gondola.
It's an easy to use, self-contained system which is at the very core of our Airships High-performance capabilities . We've spent untold hours operating our Airships in the role of dynamic marketing, and we've been met with all types of adverse conditions and time logistics etc. In the field, we always knew we count on our all of equipment and the Gondola "is really last the last component that you should have to worry about!"

Manufactured from CNC Carbon Fiber and Aircraft grade aluminum, our fully assembled Gondola's are then simply bolted to the "Undersling Assembly". This secure method of attachment, disperses the induced flight loads and most importantly, ensures that the propulsion system is actually part of the vehicle. The Gondola, which are mounted upon the "Center of Gravity" of the Airship, allows us to vertically ascend and descend into some of the smallest of areas, all with complete safety and confidence.
At the heart of our Gondola, is our exclusive ''Turret Vectoring Mechanism'' or better known as the "T.V.M", it has been designed and developed specifically for the purpose of positioning the twin engines to any thrusting angle required during flight. One of its most unique characteristics, is an electronic ''Static Brake System'' which has been designed to automatically apply an electronic brake, at any time the turret is not in rotation, then simultaneously, disconnect from the main batteries.
Moreover, our T.V.M's are very intelligent, in that, they will deliver full battery power (7.2 volts D.C) to rotate the engines. When vectored to the desired position, it then re-applies the static brake, which holds the engines in that new position, then once again, it will disconnect from the main battery supply. This feature allows onboard battery management and conservation, providing a highly durable and long-lasting thrust positioning system. There is also circuitry onboard that by means of an audible alarm, warns you that the batteries are too low for flight, or that you have an individual battery failure.
Another important factor of the Gondola is the "Axis of Rotation" of the engines. The engines, must be allowed to rotate with authority and precision to any angle, at any thrust setting, all with a minimum of torque from the engines, to relieve as much force as possible, we rotate the engines about their actual "Static" and "Dynamic" centers of balance.
We use only high quality "Gates Belts and Pulleys" in our T.V.M's, the torque between the output shaft of the T.V.M. The turret drive is rated at 7400oz.in. of stall torque, a very powerful drive system. This combination provides very precise thrust positioning, which from the "Vertical" (take-off and hover position) to the "Downward" (landing position) requires approx. 1.2 seconds. Our drive belts are also guarded and will not stretch or contract in varying temperatures.
It's also crucial to dampen all associated harmonics before they reach any sensitive ''on-board equipment'', we've gone to great lengths to ensure that all vibrations are met at their source. For example, the engines are isolated by means of specially developed interchangeable motor mounts which also isolate separate throttle servos which are connected to independent receivers mounted within the radio tray. This ensures that you will always have throttle control in the event a servo fails for any reason. The remote control equipment is enclosed in a weather and dust proof enclosure that is located in the center of the gondola, which is also mounted on anti-vibration stand-offs. The engines and the balanced propellers are ''Ducted Fan Shrouded'' for safety and efficiency.

Each and every one of our gondolas are manufactured to an exacting tolerance, every system is designated with a serial number, and tracked in our "Part Smart" program, allowing any future replacements and upgrades. Our gondolas are easy to maintain and are capable of lasting for any number of number of years, even under the harshest of flying conditions.
