  In Canada, this type of commercial operation is subject to in-field inspection by the aviation authorities, and the last problem you need is your equipment or operational flight permits.  At Rats, we've factored in the multitude of valid concerns and requirements that are mandatory in this industry, and we did so as we developed our products, not as an after thought.   With a hand in hand approach with the many pertinent agencies, we've been able to commission and demonstrate our airships and services to thousands of spectators including multitudes of clients, not to mention "the very interested media".  We have shown time and again, the abilities to perform out of the hand maneuvers such as hovering, V.T.O.L (Vertical take-offs and Landings.) and very steep nose high departures, and the ultimate in stability, the ''Perch and Stare'' imaging mode.  

  Only after many years of infield operations utilizing our own products, have we been able to develop our unique standard in teaching the subtle nuances of remotely piloted airships.  Joining this exclusive industry, includes a flight school where you will be guaranteed solo flight in a training environment that is realistic to many of the parameters of operating airships in restricted areas.   We will cover all aspects of flight and weather related parameters, including all tricks of operating in adverse weather.  Also covered, is everything from electrical basics, including programming the radios, preventative maintenance, a thorough understanding of how we manufacture, including repairs, cleaning, break-in procedures for new engines, etc.  

 We recommend all flight personal to take this Tutorial, plan on about 7 to 10 days for an education that you would have to spend years acquiring.  As well, insurance companies will usually recognize this training, and in some cases it is mandatory to have taken the Rat's Tutorial, however, there are many reasons that clients may not be able to take the Tutorial at our location, if your experienced already, then our in-depth video workshop may be all you require.
